As a member of Plaza Premium Group’s steering committee, Mei Mei has been instrumental in driving strategic direction for the company. Her external focus has seen innovation throughout the guest experience, the emergence and deepening of brand partnerships, and key initiatives addressing traveller pain points. She lives the Group mission of “making travel better, together”, and crafts the brand portfolio to uphold this core value above all else. In parallel with this external lens, Mei Mei internally spearheads dialogue and action, enriching both culture and collaboration throughout the global Group. Mei Mei believes that a visit to Intervals can ease the stresses of the travel day - the airport experience is often marred by subpar take-away food and rushing to the gate. Arriving to the airport with time to spare and a drink and a bite at Intervals and transform what is normally the worst part of travel in one to look forward to.
