Victoria Chow was previously the founder of the cocktail bar and lifestyle brand, The Woods in Hong Kong. The bar was a trailblazer for the artisanal cocktail and spirits scene upon opening in 2014. She was named Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia for her pioneering approach to drink concepts, as well as awarded with WSET & IWSC’s Future 50 as a trailblazer in the spirits industry. She is a certified WSET educator, teaches about spirits and distillation for Stanford University, and writes a column for the South China Morning Post. Victoria believes in "taking an educated sip." She strives to connect the dots between spirit producers and consumers and hopes Intervals can showcase the diversity of spirits from around the world while creating a one-of-a-kind experience in the airport tailored to each individuals' travel time.
